Register to Vote
Monday, October 6, 2008 is the last day to register for the November 4th election. You must be registered to vote!
Who Should Register?
- Individuals who have moved or changed their address
- Individuals who did not vote in the last two federal elections
- Individuals who will turn 18 on or before election day, November 4th
- Individuals who have never voted before or never registered
Registration Qualifications
- You must be a U.S. citizen
- 18 years old by election day, November 4th
- A resident of Colorado and your precinct 30 days prior to election day

Registration Confirmation
Whether you register in person or by mail, a Voter Confirmation Card will be mailed to you approximately 2-3 weeks after your registration is processed. If you do not receive one, call the Arapahoe County Clerk & Recorder's Office, 303-795-4511.
If you did not choose a political party affiliation you will be registered "unaffiliated." If you decide to affiliate with a political party later you can indicate this change on the back side of your voter confirmation card and mail it to the Arapahoe County Clerk & Recorder's office. You do not have to declare a party affiliation to vote in the November 4th election.
